We had a nasty hailstorm last month. It was bad enough that we had to replace our roof. It also destroyed much of our garden. We even thought our sunflowers were gone.

But Mother Nature bounced back. The sunflowers survived. Most of them have holes in their lower leaves to show their rough life.

It’s interesting to watch them as they move their heads toward the sunlight.

There are several varieties as well. And the tallest one has yet to open.
